Where Rise Began

Rise Sports Management was founded by athletes, for athletes. Our leadership team has competed at the collegiate, professional, and international levels, which means we understand what athletes go through not just in business meetings, but on the court, in the locker room, and in the moments that define a career. That firsthand experience shapes everything we do.

We started Rise because we saw a gap in the market: athletes were signing with agencies that treated them like line items instead of individuals. Management decisions were being made at a distance, by people who had never played the game, on behalf of clients they barely knew. We built Rise to be the opposite of that.

Our approach is deliberate. We keep our roster selective because we believe every athlete we represent deserves real attention and real investment from our team. We do not chase numbers. We build relationships, do the work, and deliver results.
