The Right Brands. The Right Terms.

Access That Others Do Not Have

Securing meaningful NIL sponsorships and brand partnerships takes relationships, strategy, and someone who knows how to negotiate on your behalf. Rise Sports Management brings all three. Over the course of our work, we have built direct connections with brand managers, agency buyers, and marketing decision-makers across the consumer landscape. Those relationships give our athletes access to partnership opportunities that are not publicly listed and not accessible without the kind of credibility that comes from consistently delivering results for partners over time.

We are selective about which partnerships we pursue for each athlete. Not every brand is the right brand. We look for real alignment between the athlete’s values, audience profile, and long-term brand direction before we approach any company. A deal that does not fit is not worth having, and we would rather pass on a dollar figure that is not right than put one of our athletes in a situation that dilutes their brand or creates problems down the road.

When we identify the right fit, we move deliberately. We build the pitch, present the athlete’s value in terms that resonate with brand buyers, negotiate the financial terms and deliverable structure, and review the partnership agreement before anything is signed. Once the deal is live, we manage the full relationship on the athlete’s behalf, including deliverable tracking, content approval coordination, performance reporting, and renewal conversations. Our athletes have partnered with brands including Gatorade, C4 Energy, State Farm, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Crumbl, JLab, Clif Bar, 7 Brew, Venmo, and Facebook, among others.
